Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, a prepaid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at your convenience.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain intact, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
